Infor M3 CloudSuite

Infor M3 consulting, carried from template to go-live.

Our delivery depth is Infor M3 CloudSuite and the landscape around it — warehousing, planning, EDI. New implementations, additional entities on a running template, and projects that need honest re-planning.

Home ground

The platform behind distribution-heavy business.

M3 runs companies where goods move: food and beverage, retail and e-commerce fulfilment, wholesale and distribution, process industries. That is our home ground too — multi-entity, multi-country landscapes where the ERP, the warehouse, and the carriers have to agree, and where a decision made for one site has to hold in four.

We have carried an Infor M3 CloudSuite implementation across entities in multiple European countries for 30 months and counting — solution design, supply chain and warehouse workstreams, 3PL/EDI integration, and go-live after go-live, as one continuous responsibility. Read the full track record →

New M3 CloudSuite implementations

IMPLEMENT

From solution design to a template that survives entity two. We design the core model, carry it into configuration ourselves, and take it live — supply chain and warehouse workstreams held as one design, not two projects.

  • Solution architecture and template design for multi-entity groups
  • Configuration by the people who designed it — decisions logged
  • Migration discipline: loaded, reconciled, signed off — per entity
  • Cutover plans a warehouse can actually execute

Rollouts & additional entities

ROLL OUT

A running template, extended to the next entity or country — without designing from scratch again, and without pausing daily shipping.

  • Entity onboarding on an existing core model
  • Controlled local variants — and the rulebook for which is which
  • Data migration reconciled and signed off, entity by entity
  • Go-lives on a rhythm the business can absorb

Rescue & re-planning

RESCUE

For M3 projects that have stalled or drifted: a short, fixed-price diagnostic of where the project actually stands, a re-plan you can defend, then hands-on delivery until the system runs.

Architecture alongside your integrator

COUNTERWEIGHT

You keep your integrator; we sit on your side of the table. Solution architecture as a counterweight — reviewing designs, estimates, and plans with the eyes of people who configure M3 themselves.

  • Design authority that answers to you, not to a delivery margin
  • Interface contracts: source of truth, direction, reconciliation
  • Migration approach and test strategy tied to business risk
  • Estimates sanity-checked before they become commitments
When it's time to call
  • An M3 CloudSuite program is starting, and the template decisions feel rushed
  • The next entity is being designed from scratch — again
  • The integrator's plan and your operation's reality have stopped matching
  • WMS, EDI, and 3PL are "in scope" — but nobody owns the reconciliations
Proof

One engagement, thirty months, every door exercised.

The same facts we publish everywhere: one continuous M3 CloudSuite responsibility across European entities — design lead and delivery, supply chain and warehouse workstreams, 3PL/EDI integration, go-live after go-live.

Questions we hear first

Asked before most project calls.

Do you only work with Infor M3?

No. We are vendor-independent — no reseller margins, no certification quotas steering the advice. Our delivery depth is Infor M3 CloudSuite and the warehouse, planning, and integration landscape around it, and when a problem needs a different tool, or no tool, we say so plainly.

Do you replace our integrator?

Only if that is what the project needs. We work in two modes: carrying delivery ourselves, or acting as solution architecture on your side of the table — a counterweight that reviews designs, estimates, and plans made by others.

Can you join a project that is already underway?

Yes. Joining mid-flight starts with the Diagnose phase: a short, fixed-price diagnostic of where the project actually stands, which decisions are load-bearing, and a re-plan you can defend — with us or without us.

Which countries and languages do you cover?

We are based in Antwerp, Belgium and work across Benelux and Europe — workshops, documentation, and go-live floors in Dutch, French, or English, on site where delivery needs it.

Who actually does the work?

Senior consultants only, matched per engagement from a vetted network. The person in your design workshop is the person who configures the system — no bench of juniors learning on your budget.
